Poster Instructions

FORMAT

Posters should be no larger than A0 (1189mm high x 841mm wide) in size and in portrait orientation to fit on the board.
Posters that are not in portrait orientation will not fit the display board and may need to be removed.
Velcro dots will be supplied on each board to attach your poster.


SESSIONS

There are 2 formal poster sessions:

  • Session 1 - Thu 12 Feb  |  6:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Session 2 - Fri 13 Feb  |  5:30pm - 7:30pm

You are required to stand by your poster during your session to answer questions, engage with delegates and meet colleagues with similar research interests.

  • Odd numbered posters - present at your poster during the first hour
  • Even numbered posters - present at your poster during the second hour. 


SET UP & REMOVAL 

Poster Session 1

  • Set up - Thursday between 12:30pm & 6:00pm
  • Remove - Friday between 8:00am & 1:15pm

Poster Session 2

  • Set up - Friday between 1:15pm & 5:30pm
  • Remove – Saturday between 2:30pm & 5:00pm 

Any remaining posters will be stored at the registration desk until 10am on Sunday morning. After this time, they will be recycled by the hotel.
