I am currently undertaking post-doctoral research investigating cell state plasticity in cancer. The major goals of my work are to (1) determine how the diversity of cancer cell states influence disease progression and resistance, (2) learn how cells switch between these states and (3) discover a marker signature of cells capable of switching states. To answer these questions, I am combining multiplexed immunofluorescence and live cell imaging with advanced computational techniques.
