Prof Karen Dwyer is the Director and Professor of Nephrology and Kidney Care Services at RMH and The University of Melbourne. She is a member of the PEAK Committee and immediate past Clinical Director of Kidney Health Australia. Her previous positions include Deputy Head, including Acting Dean, School of Medicine Deakin University. Her clinical work encompasses the spectrum of kidney disease including dialysis and transplantation with an interest in improving metabolic health. Prof Dwyer has won >$7M in grant funding and published over 120 papers.
