Greg Neely

Greg completed his PhD in human immunology (AIDS related pathogens) at the University of Calgary, Canada (2004) and went on to train in functional genomics of pain at IMBA in Vienna, Austria (2003-2010). Since 2011 he has been running a lab in Sydney Australia and he is currently based at the Charles Perkins Center at the University of Sydney. His lab uses pooled CRISPR screening to investigate human cell biology with a focus on cellular mechanisms controlling venom mechanisms and pain.
